till you're told to stop (FEATURED trailer)

Till You're Told To Stop is an amazing (you are there) film experience that trails singer-songwriter James Blunt from the start of his musical career in 2004 through to his worldwide success with his 14 million-selling debut album, Back To Bedlam.

Blunt's amazing narrative arc (soldier turned artist turned international sensation, seemingly overnight) is captured in intimate behind-the-scenes detail by filmmaker Ruth Somalo. With the many misconceptions surrounding the manner in which James reached such acclaim, this documentary shows the events as they unfolded in real time.

Till You're Told To Stop opens with James at the apex of the music industry, a five-time Grammy nominee, warming up for the 2007 awards show. It then jumps back in time to introduce viewers to the humble ex-soldier who resigned from his post as a Queen's Guard to follow his dream to become a musician.

What happens between the summer of 2004 and the summer of 2007 (from the early gigs through the recording, release, promotion, tour, smash success and accolades for Back to Bedlam) constitutes one of the most amazing musical journeys ever captured on film.
